The IMMAA organizing committee has arranged a special discount code for your stay during the conference. To access the exclusive rates reserved for conference participants, the IMMAA 2025 organizing committee will send you the code once you complete your conference registration.

Once you receive the code, kindly email the required hotel directly with your requested dates — (do not book from the hotel website). If you have already booked directly from the hotel website, you can cancel your booking and directly email any of the hotels in order to make use of the discount code.

In your email to the hotel, you must include:

– Check-in and check-out dates
– Full name
– The discount code provided by IMMAA

The hotel will then provide you with the booking confirmation, cancellation policy, payment deadline, and method.
